Wilmslow Albion continue their good start to the season with an emphatic 6-2 home win against Heywood St James.

 

The new look Albion side played with pace, and skill and were soon too much for the visitors. In the first half, 2 goals from MOM Hargreaves and a Tom Dean header saw the Albion amass a 3-1 lead.
The second half continued with the Albion on top creating several chances. New signing Damiloa Oyetan opened his Albion account with 2 good finishes and Hargreaves completed his hat trick with a classy solo effort.
Manager McGuire said, “We looked a class apart today, the team looks capable of big things. I was pleased with the 6 goals and excellent performances from Andy Aston and Tom Curle showing what they are both capable of. All credit to the lads for a good start to the season”.
